Mitch Kralis is a Managing Director at Thorofare Capital, where he leads equity investments across the multifamily, industrial, and data center sectors. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and development, Mr. Kralis has been instrumental in delivering over 3 million square feet of Class A office, industrial, multifamily, and data center projects throughout the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Thorofare, Mr. Kralis served as Executive Vice President of Red Sea Group USA, the North American investment arm of a Tel Aviv–based multinational firm. There, he oversaw all facets of the company’s U.S. investment platform—sourcing, capitalizing, developing, and leasing a diversified portfolio of office, land, retail, industrial, and data center assets. Under his leadership, the firm’s domestic assets under management grew from $300 million to $1.8 billion.
Mr. Kralis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, and Economics from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He is a regular guest speaker at his alma mater and frequently presents at industry conferences and professional organizations nationwide.
